Haul Hustler offers junk removal services for residential and commercial customers. Services may include pick-up, hauling, disposal, recycling, and donation of unwanted items. All services are subject to availability.
2. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided upfront based on the information you supply. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes upon arrival. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
4. Items We Cannot Accept
Due to safety and legal regulations, we cannot remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, paint, and certain electronics. A full list is available upon request.
5. Liability
Haul Hustler is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property. While we take great care during service, clients assume responsibility for accurately disclosing fragile areas and obstacles.
6. Environmental Responsibility
We aim to dispose of items in an environmentally responsible manner, including recycling and donating when possible. However, we make no guarantees that all items will be reused or recycled.
7. Website Use
All content on this site is the property of Haul Hustler and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent. Use of this site does not grant any rights to intellectual property.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through our website or service process is kept confidential and used solely for fulfilling your requests and improving our services.
